• Orders placed are shipped within 1 business day.
• If you place your order on Friday, your rug will ship the following Monday.
• You will be provided a tracking number for your order. You can also view the status of your order by logging in and navigating to your orders.
• All rugs are shipped via UPS and take 5 – 7 business days until they arrive at your doorstep
• We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes
• Any shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable
• Shipping is free to the continental U.S.A

If you have purchased a rug in person at our showroom, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you have made a purchase through erugbazaar.com and, for any reason, are not satisfied with your order, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to return it. Please note that all return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• No return can be accepted unless authorized by erugbazaar
• Return merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery for a full refund
• Items being returned must be in original or equivalent packaging and in the same condition that it was delivered to you
• If any of the merchandise is damaged, soiled  or used in any way the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you
• After the merchandise is received and inspected your money will be refunded on the credit card you used to purchase merchandise
• All refunds take 3 to 5 business days to complete
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
